This policy explains, in plain terms, which personal data is processed when you browse this website, for what purpose, on what legal basis and what your rights are, under the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13.709/2018 — LGPD). What data we collect

Contact form. We collect name, email and phone number only when you voluntarily fill in and submit the form. No form data is collected before submission.

Chatbot. The messages you write in the chat are processed by artificial intelligence solely to generate the reply, with no persistence on the server. Your contact details are recorded by the chat only if you provide them with explicit consent, so that we can get back to you.

Cookies. This website uses only the cookies essential to its operation. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics tools.

What we use the data for

  • To answer your enquiry and provide the information requested about the development;
  • To generate the virtual assistant replies during your conversation;
  • To maintain the technical operation and the security of the website.

Legal basis

The processing of your personal data is based on your consent (art. 7, item I, of the LGPD), expressed by the voluntary submission of the form or by the spontaneous provision of data during the chat conversation. You may withdraw this consent at any time through the channel indicated below.

Sharing

To generate the chat replies, the content of the conversation is processed by Anthropic, the provider of the artificial intelligence technology, exclusively for this purpose and without any use of the conversations to train models.

We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with third parties for advertising purposes.

How long we keep it

  • Chat conversations: they stay only in your browser session and are discarded when it ends;
  • Contact details (leads): kept for up to 12 months from submission, unless you request erasure sooner.

Your rights

Under the LGPD, you may at any time request:

  • Access to the data we hold about you;
  • Correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data;
  • Erasure of your data;
  • Portability of the data to another provider;
  • Withdrawal of the consent granted.

Requests are answered within 10 days.
